Around 2007, I was disillusioned with Hollywood cinema, and a friend pointed me to Kim Ki-duk's Bin-Jip. This became my gateway drug to foreign film, leading to some furious film consumption. It's amazing what you can find when you stray off the mainstream.

For various reasons, my movie-viewing slowed to a crawl in 2011. This list is about 4% of what I've watched, and hopefully you'll find it useful. Keep in mind that the countries are just an arbitrary categorization.
